Homepage of Phyl Burger

Phyl Burger is a term faculty instructor in the Collage of Education at Concordia University St. Paul.  Phyl earned a BA degree in Education and an MA degree in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.  She has furthered her work in higher education with doctoral studies at the University of Northern Iowa.

Phyl's work in public education includes leadership experience as a Classroom Teacher, Vocational Education Supervisor, Elementary Principal, Educational Consultant, Director of Special Needs Programs and University Professor.
