How to Apply for a Major / Minor

Locate your appropriate major/minor form from the College of Arts and Sciences:

Sociology Major
Sociology Minor
Criminal Justice Major
Criminal Justice Minor

Using the course projections on the planning form, map out a schedule for your remaining courses and fill in these projections on the planning form along with dates and grades for courses you have already completed.

Meet with your advisor to obtain his/her approval of your plan.

Turn in your completed form to the academic advising office.

Planning for Graduation

In order to graduate from Concordia University the following pre-requisites must be met : 
     128 total semester credits
     At least a 2.5 GPA in your major 
     At least a 2.0 GPA overall
 
In your senior year you must apply for graduation. To do this, pick up the graduation application form from the registrar's office, fill it out and attach your completed, signed major and minor planning sheets. Then, meet with your advisor to obtain his/her signature. Submit your completed application form to the registrar's office.
